Atlantis Explorers Club

Pulse Middle East proudly collaborated with Atlantis  The Palm to bring a seamless state-of-the-art audiovisual experience to the Atlantis Explorers Club. This project, initiated in April and completed by the end of September, focused on integrating a professional AV system with an intuitive, user-friendly interface that meets the demands of a dynamic and interactive children’s space.

From conceptualization to execution, our team worked carefully to meet the timeline and deliver a strong, engaging solution that enhances the venue’s offerings. 

Atlantis Explorers Club is a vibrant, safe space where kids enjoy various activities, including games, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, and educational programs. Staffed by a dedicated team, the Club aims to create unforgettable experiences for children, helping them learn, socialize, and have fun in an enriching environment.

Pulse served as the lead AV integrator for this project, working closely with contractors to meet the client’s specifications. Our collaboration with KOJI, the main contractor, ensured the effective implementation of AV layouts and installation points. Additionally, SPOT supported our team by managing cable pulling and power needs according to the power chart we developed. This coordinated effort allowed us to execute a seamless AV integration, meeting both functional and aesthetic requirements. The relationship with Atlantis further positioned us to understand their expectations and deliver a tailored solution. Given our commitment to quality, we were entrusted with designing an AV setup that adhered to industry standards while aligning with the client’s vision for a dynamic and interactive space.

In collaboration with several industry-leading manufacturers, we created a premium AV setup for the Explorers Club:

1. Audio: We installed Martin Audio ceiling and wall-mounted speakers, along with Martin Audio Sx210 subwoofers, to deliver clear, immersive sound across the venue. The outdoor play area was equipped with Bose speakers to ensure audio coverage even in outdoor settings.

2. Visual: Panasonic projectors and Vision P2.5 LED screens were chosen for the activity room, providing high-quality visuals that captivate young audiences. Samsung and LG TVs enhanced the gaming rooms and reception areas, delivering reliable performance.

3. Control Systems: Using QSC controllers, we implemented a system that enables easy management of audio and visual sources throughout the club. The Resolume player serves as the backbone for dynamic content display across the projectors, LED screens, and TVs, ensuring a cohesive multimedia experience across zones.

4. Connectivity: Intel NUC mini PCs were used to manage content on the LED screens and TVs in the reception, linked to our G2 server for centralized control. Gaming rooms were equipped with Samsung TVs and HDMI faceplates, allowing easy access for console connections.

Each space was optimized with unique AV zones, featuring background music and Bluetooth control through the QSC touchscreen and Attera controller, allowing staff to adjust settings effortlessly.

A major goal was to create an intuitive control interface that the Explorers Club staff could operate with ease. We conducted comprehensive training sessions to ensure operators were comfortable with the system. The QSC touchscreens allow staff to control audio levels in individual zones or throughout the entire venue with a simple, user-friendly interface, streamlining daily operations and making audio management efficient.

The Explorer’s Club has greatly benefited from this new AV setup, which has enhanced operational efficiency and improved visitor experiences. Positive client feedback highlighted the system’s ease of use, reliability, and contribution to a more engaging atmosphere. The high-quality audio and visual integration has elevated the club’s presentations and events, making them memorable for both children and their families.

However, the high-quality AV systems provide a lively, immersive environment for club visitors. The flexibility and dynamism of the AV setup cater to various events and activities, creating impactful experiences that delight and engage young audiences.
